Does anyone have instructions or a sewing pattern for a Christmas lined stocking with a ruffle at the top?

I see all these wonderful Christmas Stockings for sale on eBay that are lined and have a ruffle on the top. I can sew but not well enough to do it without a pattern. Can anyone help?
By the way I have looked at every pattern book in all the stores. None of the stockings have the self made ruffle on the top.
Find any lined stocking pattern you like, and just add the ruffle when you sew the lining to the stocking.
